Do you have a favorite sleuth, either from television or books? A few come to mind for me. Columbo is my absolute favorite sleuth. He's so unassuming, and yet he always manages to get his man or woman.
Next on my list would be Jessica Fletcher from Murder She Wrote. And if you're as old as I am, you might even remember the old medical examiner show, Quincy. I loved that one!
Who's your favorite?

I like Charlotte Pitt from the Thomas and Charlotte Pitt series by Anne Perry.
I guess my favorite sleuth is usually the one I'm currently reading. I couldn't possibly list a fave! I like all those mentioned so far. :)
Well, let's see. "Bones" (TV series not the novels) and Sealy Booth--oh, my! Then there's Emma Lord of the Alpine series. Stephanie Plum, Miss Marple; the NCIS team; Gil Grissom--miss him.
Monk, Castle, Columbo and Koko the cat and his side kick Yumyum!
Guess it should be Monk since he's OCD and so am I BUT my FAVORITE would have to be Jack Bauer on 24. He's not really a sleuth, per se, but he does track down the bad guys and he's oh-so-cute.
I am SO gonna miss Jack Bauer!!!
