Poisons: The Art and Science of Disposing of a Spouse Without Apparent Violence

John Somers received his BS and MD from the University of Michigan where he also did residency training in Neurology. After a stint at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, he held various positions in the Medical School at the University of Missouri-Columbia and served Chief of Neurology there. He then entered private practice and developed a group practice, Neurology Inc. in Columbia, MO. retiring in 1986 to Springfield, MO. Currently he resides in Springfield after living on the Texas coast for 10 years. He has been active in various computer groups since retirement and helped establish and operate the non-profit Port Aransas Computer Center in Port Aransas, TX. He currently serves as Education Chairman of a local computer group and assists in teaching computer classes in the St. John’s Seniors’ Program.
